so I bumped up to two doses a day and I'm going to hold that till the end. focus is great with a long lasting enrgy all day, even after my workout I feel I still have some gas in the tank.
I took T-Alpha for the first time yesterday about an hour before my workout and I'll tell you what, there was some thing going on there for sure. WAY more focused and a bit more aggression. Not going to say it was the T-Alpha just yet since it was my first dose. Gonna be going home from work here in a few minutes and I'm going to take the T-Alpha gain and hit legs, so will update afterwards.
