No excuses. My performance on every lift was pathetic,head isn't on straight.

240lbs x19 total reps,done with multiple sets.
First time doing overhead squats,second rep with 95lbs messed with my wrists.
Static wall squats. Poor assistance choices.
Bent over rows.
275 x3 (I know I can do 7 on a good day)
