Yeah, conventional. I'm normally stronger conventional, but i resort to bad form when it gets real heavy. I figure sumos will work more of what i want to build up which is hamstring, hips, and glutes... so far, i think i'm tracking right... but i bet i could have belted up and pulled something nasty conventional

So, tuesday i'll squat heavy, then friday i'll do reps/ speed work for deads. Thats the plan right now anyway.

I'm probably going to use some of the old stuff next week for deads. Light pulls then pendlays and power shrugs...
