425 fail x 2 (Not confident enough in the hook grip amd just didnt pull hard off the floor. Then i switched to mixed grip and forgot to offset my under hand so i pulled one side off the ground and put it back down.)
425x1 PR! (Most I've pulled beltless period. Was a grip and rip rep but i got it)

Heck of a workout!
Few more notes on the deads... up to 405 was excellent! Should have called it there but the weight felt so good i went for another 20 lb. Up to 405 was solid setup, full body tension, weight on my heels, sitting back and pulling smooth. 425 was my old grip and rip at all cost technique. Wasnt really bad, but not the movement pattern that i want to train.
If i'm patient and smart with this training cycle, i expect to see some tremendous gains!!!
