NOTES
Was anxious to get into the Dog House, that is until I woke to a frost. Nothing worse than an ice cold bar. Still...

Squats - New PR. nuff said
Hip Thrusters - Went much better than the Glute Bridges. Will work to increase the weight.
BHNP - Shoulder barking a bit so I laid off of the pump sets settling for an AMAP set for my final set.
Incline Bench - increased weight a bit.
Smith Pendlays - Felt good.
