I would try and temper your always saying yes, but also embrace it. It is who you are.

My wife is like you, she volunteers for everything and is always busy and stressed. However, she also hates sitting still and loves to be social so in a lot of ways her life is way more interesting and social than mine is.

I always say no and while I am well rested, I also miss out on a lot. My wife is always under the gun, but has more friends and rarely misses out on anything.

The grass isn't always greener on the other side of the fence.
