Wasn't supposed to be a DL day, but I never have lifted very heavy wanted to give it a try.
Last DL day was Sunday. I had lifted 190 x 20

I figured I would call it quits there. Everything felt light to my back and legs, but was scared I might pull something. Just never lifted that heavy, bit was harder on my hands and arms than anything else. I am sure I can go heavier.
