Chin ups x3

Underhand pull down 110 x 10 x 2 sets

Trap bar shrugs 190 x 10 x 3 sets

Chin ups x 3

Wide grip lat Pull down 90 x 10 x 3 sets

Wasn't supposed to be a DL day, but I never have lifted very heavy wanted to give it a try.
Last DL day was Sunday. I had lifted 190 x 20

Trap Bar Deadlift
190 x 2
240 x 1
290 x 1
300 x 2
310 x 2
320 x 2
I figured I would call it quits there. Everything felt light to my back and legs, but was scared I might pull something. Just never lifted that heavy, bit was harder on my hands and arms than anything else. I am sure I can go heavier.
