Getting back on schedule. Working out during the holidays and traveling was rough. I need to rest and get back on schedule.
Despite being a little tired i was still able to push 405 ATG x 12 on Tues which is an awesome acomplishment to me because that means i'm ready to go up to at least 455 and work from there.
My bench press has also improved. I did 315 x 10 yesterday which means i'm ready for 365, although i still jump up to 405 and see how my strength fairs against it. 405 on bench has been owning me, lol. Only getting it for 3-4 reps
I'm going to stick with 455 on deads until i am able to pull it at least 10 times.
