No plans to go to the Doc yet. It is improving. And only hurt when I did the deads. I think I will finish the last week of this cycle and go from there. If it's still hurting after the deload I will maybe see what the doctor has to say.
Really though, it's been worse and I think it just needs a bit of time.
Glad I'm not the only one who has noticed that about Abs and Front Squats!

Thanks about the front squats. High Rep any squat is hard!
I don't want to hype the KK rows up too much, but my traps are swole up from them here 2 days later! This is just one man's opinion, but I think they are bad ass.
