Just want to thank everyone for the comments. I havn't been on for awhile, it started during the week of finals then I just was busy hanging with friends.

Training has been going pretty good, and just (re)started my very low carb diet to help lean out a bit. Right now I am at about 207 and want to get back to around 200 until May. Then in May I'm going to start gaining until my next meet in July. After my last meet I had a lot of people tell me I should do USAPL Raw Nationals in Orlando. I'm pretty sure it is the same week as my fathers shut down so it will also be our vacation.

I'm just going to put what I have performed this week.
