McCallum Hybrid Training
First day back into the routine for everyone messed with schedule. Decided to forgo the leg press and leg curls for sake of time.
- 3 plates a new PR.
I get my plates where ever I can find them.
Incline Bench and Glass OHP
- Pretty straight forward. Meant to get some work done, nothing more.
Felt the Rack deads all day. Life is good!
