So, I set up some space heaters in the garage, but combined with the lights I set up (illegally) I blew the fuse for the whole strip of garages.
Had to WO in the cold and the dark! LOL
Squat (low-bar, medium-wide stance, below parallel)
115x10, 125x8, 135x6
BB Bench Press
95x10, 105x8, 115x6
8x10, 8x10, 8x10
20. (10x2 intraset)
WO felt good.
Adductor in left leg did not like the squats.
Pain is weakness leaving the body.
