Start of Wave 2: 3x5
*4th rep was challenging and didnt have 100% confidence in myself to make the 5th rep. I probabaly could of did it, but just wanst mentally there...
3x8 w/ 25lb plate
Pretty good workout, a little disappointed in myself for not making the last rep on squats. Guess I'll just have to fire myself up a little more next time.
