First time doing Flat Bench in a while... Pushed it to much today. Shoulders are just tight. Need to work on my flexibility. All my pain now is coming from that. Got a chance to use my new Titan Super Ram. A little awkward at first to use. I did my 5/3/1 working up to 85%. Then backed down some to try the Ram and worked up to my old 90-95% range. I doubt I can bench 300. When I got to my 5+ set. I just stopped at 5. I had at least 2-3 left in me. My next 5/3/1. My Max bench setting will be way lower then pre-tendonitis Bench Max. I've got to just get it through my head. "I'm in no Hurry"..

I Videoed my 315 set... Bad Form... My right leg wiggled around. I need to work on Setting up and keeping tight.

Next bench day will not be as heavy.. Lighter load more reps.. Need to work back into slower...
