Holy Hangover!!!
First workout of 2013 was an interesting one. Had to bench in my basement, which is tough. I can not get any leg drive and my hand position has to be altered. Got close to hitting the reps so I am satisfied. I had a brutal hangover after last night and was not able to eat much today

Close Grip Bench Press
135 x 2 x 5
185 x 5
225x3
255 x 1
275 x 7
Goal was 8 here, but I am ok with this, due to hangover and New Year's Eve festivities

High Incline Bench off Pins

these were tough, bar was set right at my chest

Strict Rows

This is where my hangover came back around

Tricep Pushdown

Overall a pretty good session for the condition of my body. Tonight I am going to try to pack in some serious calories to get ready for tomorrow. Early bed time tonight, big squat workout tomorrow.
