1/1/13 - Presses


Notes: Might have fractured a rib wrestling two weeks ago and thats whats causing the chest pain, got some weird thing sticking out behind my right pec and still hurts. Benching is out of the question because of that. Nevertheless, had an awesome session today. Things were feeling fast and solid except for the log, grinded with 90kg and It broke my ego a bit since i repped 100 at the end of last strongman season. Going to work to bring that one up.
