Took two days off but definitely need a little more rest. Everything felt hard today and I knew after the squats it wasn't going to be a good one.

I'm going to start a light week, Wed/Fri will be light sessions probably 60kg max for a few triples on each lift. I'll play it by ear on Sunday.

Left quad feels like shit at the knee as well, not great.
