Well after whiching to a PL style workouts from my Bodybuilding one. I was afraid of losing some size, but I don't think I really have...

Legs have grown for sure, of course I don't have any leg pic's... I haven't been able to train Chest or Shoulders much due to tendonitis. I'm still holding on to my size and have plans to gain more...:winning:
