Thanks I still have a lot to learn in powerlifting. Only been doing it since Oct...

I have always trained alone. Last 12yrs.... I haven't had anyone to train with who powerlifts. So I have been learning on my own. At 32yrs it's hard to retrain the way you train and think, but I'm getting it. I'm hoping to train at a local PL GYM a few times a month.

Got myself a little Bench Aid.. Hoping to recover from a stain in my shoulder area and overload my bench...

Next items on the list to buy....Oly Shoes, 3pr set of Bands, Deadlift Slippers and a Singlet..
