Cable curls w/ rope, half stack 2x10
Finished with Abs,calves,rotator cuff work and 4 cinnamon rolls.
Erectors are fried.Are they overcompensating for a weak spot?
Bis have been hurting,from the 315 row i presume.Arms have stalled,havnt worked biceps directly the last few weeks.Gotta get some 18" arms,because that will certainly help my deadlift /sarcasm
Maybe Cube will work.Must stick to it.Squatting thrice a week there was killing me,or i didnt get used to it yet.
