Massage indeed It was awesome and really helped loosen up the knots in my right shoulder

I've never considered full cleans but my buddy trains the olympic lifts and has a coach so I should probably ask him.

Thanks Al! This routine is high volume, high frequency, which I can get away with while bulking but during my mini cut, I think I'm going to dial back the volume a tad.
