Wanted to PB today, hit 130 front last week and knew I could beat that. First 132.5 felt off so took a second which was better but a sign that there was no need to go for more today, PB I suppose. Will be avoiding singles from now, my form changes completely with the heavier weight.

Went in feeling fresh but it didn't show.

For the second year in a row I'm going into the new year recovering from injury. I have my long term goals to chip away at and a few goals for 2013, as long as I get and stay healthy, I'll be happy.

New diary tomorrow and a fresh start.
