JB'S OLD SCHOOL SEMESTER 6 DAY 2 SQUAT ME
Upon waking this morning I felt like I was 100 years old. I couldn't even put my socks on. I am pretty sure my Facet Joint was out.
I am also pretty sure squats today adjusted it in all the right ways tho because after I was finished, I felt like a million bucks. I am now a firm believer that squats do really can cure anything that ails us.
I had to train in the JimGym this morning because I slept in. I did awake early enough to go to the CrewGym, but I didn't really feel like facing the day at the moment and went back to bed and proceeded to sleep until noon. See - I listen to my body!!
Squats certainly went better than expected. Form held up pretty darn good, with the exception of the odd rep. This is what I was most excited about as I was worried I might have excessive lean. My back felt better and better as the session progressed.
340 X1 I decided to insert this ramp up single as I thought the jump from 325 to 365 might be too much for the back.
