Day 3 of Week 7

I should be done with this program by now, but no worries a few days into the new year won't hurt me.

Heavy Squats today: Felt great tonight. I used a belt which I normally don't do, but it felt nice to have that support. I added five pounds to the prescribed amount so I was hitting 275 for the 2 singles. Going for 3 hundo next time.

Bench: Nothing new here. Kind of tweaked my wrist a bit, but I popped my thumb and it was fine. Noticed my wrist was bent like crazy. Other than that first fumble I feel like my form was much stronger today.

Deadlift: Strong session today. This program has really helped me become so much stronger on this lift especially. I can feel it when I pull. I was locked out before I knew it.
