Incline Bench Press
Overall Workout Grade:C+
I woke up sick yesterday morning. I kind of took it easy all day. I wasn't sure whether or not I would do this workout, but I decided to go for it and push through.
I definitely was effected by being sick. The bench felt hard from the first working set. I hit my goal, but healthy, I think I would have nailed a couple more reps.
Did incline press and called it.
