What the fuck is wrong with me, bored and in pain today. So thought I'd go in and loosen up, and it ended up with this.

Obvious cheap PRs on Squat and Bench, I'm claiming them though. I need to take a couple days off now, otherwise something WILL snap up.

Steve if I train tomorrow, just ban me for a few days.
