Like them a lot! Not sure i should have done them yesterday though. Maybe should keep tricep work to bench days only. My elbows are tender today... this is an ever learning process.

My favorite thing to use chains with is flat bench. I absloutely love benching against chains. I wish i had about 5 pair that we could load up!
