Done! Was tough to get through this workout. Wasnt that much work but i was shot before i even went in. I cracked open an amonia cap to get through pullups. Lol. 3rd workout in a row, since christmas rearranged my workout days. It really took its toll. No worries though. Back smashing PRs monday!
