Spent some time this morning looking back through my training logs. Found some exercises that i want to incorporate back into my training. Mostly seated ssb good mornings on lower day as well as zerchers. Both of these seemed to help me a lot. Also axle bar work. I used to do axle bar cleans, rowes, etc and really liked them. I may do some of those later today since its back day..
