Friday December 28th. Went too early but not early enough. Didn't have time to go home and get sweats,this was an unexpected session. I'm in a daze,major headache. And I'm starving.

Actually the 2nd set was 16. Rep #10 was particularly bad. Had to redo.


Benches were full,I could have done floor press or dumbell presses,but I just did overhead. Strict 155 x2 and 3 reps on the dip machine,full stack.

By the way,the GM video is of the 2nd set. Didn't record the first,didn't know I would rep it out. My head is trashed,got no sleep last night. Neck hurt really bad. Now I'm sore all over.
