Always a good thing to shed a bit off fat. Dang it anyway, I was able to avoid the typical New Years resolution to lose weight the last few years, but I think it's now time for me to get it done this year. How much are you looking to shed? I'm looking at about 15-20 lbs. I always want to be above 200.

You look to be about the same size as me in the pic. Well done buddy!
