Well hello there! Just emtying my mind. Its only been a few weeks since I last looked at Brandons Cube description. I had missed before that he does 3-4 assistance moves each day in addition the weakness/bbing day. There's definitely lots of things to play around with if I do the Cubed. I'm thinking I won't plan the assistance until after my main movements. Allow for whatever I feel,keep it fun.
