JB'S OLD SCHOOL SEMESTER 5 DAY 4 BACK ME

This marks the end of week 5. I am not feeling good at all due to this unbalanced vision. It's hard to put into words what it is like. To make matters worse, I have to sleep in an almost sitting position to try to get the blood to drain off of my retina. Ugh.

Thought I did alright tonight. Not sure if speed was good enough on the snatch grip deads. This was my first time doing them. I quickly discovered Versagripps are a must for me on this lift. I simply cannot hang on without them right from the start.

On the Pendlay's, I did not care about explosiveness. JB wanted me to push it weight wise on the rows. I ended up with a 30 lb PR. Previous best was 245 X3. I do not like doing BOBR's. I only like doing rows from the floor whether I am using a BB or DB's.

Bulgarian Squats went very well tonight. Having the Power Rack to hold on to to get my balance first made a big difference.
