Well my hyper worrying add might have found something.
I keep trying to fit pieces where they don't belong. Trying to work in lots of assistance,do everything at once.
Thinking about bare-bones heavy lifting. The foundation being the Cube.
Base the rep work off 70% in 30 minutes. Yes,for all 3 lifts.
Run the speed work 50-70% and keep going until I fail,strict 30 second rest times.
Hammer curls on Monday/Squat day.
Rack or sumo pulls after speed squats.
Military presses after speed bench.
Pulldowns on deadlift day (friday)
Rack or sumo pulls after speed deads.
Max benching will be either flat or floor press.
Going to use that cambered bar a lot more on squats.
If I run this,it will be the first time in 5 months or so,I will be squatting once a week.
Strive for PRs! I need my deadlift to move!
