Kman, I think you should run it, if you are curious about it just do it. You are young, so you can definitely handle the volume, and you are bulking right now so just make sure you eat enough and get a ton of rest. I ran sheiko and had great success on all of my lifts. To me smolov jr. looks fairly similar to sheiko, except you focus on one movement at a time. I do not see how you can not make gains on this.

Then again you are still gaining on your lifts. But if you do this for bench I see no reason why you can not still squat and deadlift on this program. Hell on sheiko I would bench and squat sometimes twice in one workout. Just pay attention to your body, if something begins to hurt while doing this program do not push it too hard. this will be tough on your body but I think you can handle.

If you want to do it, then just do it. Only your experience will tell if this program will really work for you.
