Heck of a workout!!! Rediscovered my wide stance squat tonight. Was holding my air all wrong and it was really making it hard to find power. Started pushing my air down and into my belt and really sitting back and found a lot more power. 55 lb more than last week on the low box. I'm really happy about hitting 405 again! Bigger and better things coming. Watch out 455, I'm coming for ya!
