Wednesday Squats and Deads
Felt pretty good today, body has been getting some off days. I guess this means I should take more days off, haha. The squats felt heavy, but good.

Squats
135 x 2x5
185x4
235x3
285x2
325x1
350 x 8 sets x 3 reps- 60 seconds rest
These got brutal at the end, there was one set that I took a little more rest. But not sure which one.

Deadlifts
135x3
225x3
315x3
370 x 8 sets x 3 reps -about 90 seconds rest
I did not track my time very closely on these, but I did not rest very long This was the best that my deadlifts have felt in a while. Lower back felt very sturdy. Just need more practice

Back Raises
plus doubled mini band x 3 x 12

Sit Ups on GHR
BW x 3 x 12

After this I went on the inversion board for a while. Hanging upside down feels great on my hips. Just that slight pull. They were very tight to start today. Could be from sitting around all day yesterday and the weather.

Very happy with this session, hopefully squats and deads keep feeling better and better
