Monday Bench Press
Lifted in my basement today, gym closed early. Tough set up to bench in my basement, but got it done.

CG Bench Press
135x2x5
185x3
225x1
250 x 7 sets 3 reps-60 seconds rest
250 x 8 reps
This last set was a bit of struggle. But I was happy with the way bench went

Bent Over Rows-strict
135x12
155x10
185x2x6

135x15
These were done perfectly strict, very difficult

Seated OHP
Bar x 20
95 x 3 x 15
Shoulders were feeling a little beat up so I just did some high reps. Seated due to low ceilings.

Assistance Circuit

Tricep Pushdown
70 x 4 x 20

Upright Rows

Had to reset a couple times on these, burning!

Good session today, very fun. I enjoy working out in the basement every once in a while, allows me to just get crazy and have fun.

Nytric was crazy today. Both on the rows and the assistance circuit. Right now I am having trouble typing because my arms are so pumped!! Good stuff
