There were ALOT more shrugs done than what is listed. all shrugs were on smith machine and to failure for I don't know how many sets.

After this routine was complete, Chad Rinaldi-Alt (https://www.facebook.com/chad.rinaldialt) ran me through a lot more stuff that blasted the upper back, shoulders, triceps and forearms.
