My accessory lifts seem to go pretty quick for whatever reason, reguardless of what exercise. But the big three drain me pretty well and most days rest is 2-3min, sometimes shorter or longer. I really don't focus on the clock, just try and get under the weight when I feel ready. Maybe I should try to be more strict with rest times? My work seemed to suffer a bunch when I did that though.
