It all went well today. I have officially made the switch from the scorpion style bench to the spread style. It had me pressing the bar up over my face. Those zeros at 405 I threw into the rack. Thank god I had good spotters or I'd be missing the top of my head. I'm plenty strong to press it, getting used to the technique is where it gets funky. I will be sticking with this way though. My back is fresh as a daisy. The other way would have me screwed for at least a day afterward.
