Finally back in the gym!
Warm-ups (took a while to get loose enough to get arced and set-up properly especially as the foam roller had gone missing)
120kgs for 6 sets of 3
100kgs for 6 sets of 3
165kgs for 6 sets of 3
All weights were up on last session. Kept rests to 60 seconds still and this was a real challenge. I had planned to do more today but the illness sapped my energy so called it a day at this. Felt great to get back at it. The only way is up from here
