*Was a little nervous on the way to the gym cause I only done 215 for singles, but just had to psyche myself up a lil and got the triple!
Weighted Sit-Ups (Decline)
3x8 w/ 25lb plate
Still training without a belt, dont know if I should start thinking about wearing one or keep going until I hit bigger weights..
