ME Squat Day

I got a new toy today, a cambered squat bar, found it for cheap so I had to get it! I don't know what it weighs but it is def heavier than 20kg. I worked up to a max of 125kg plus whatever the bar weighs. It's a very tough bar to use, really forces good form I liked it. I did a couple back offs after and then dead lifted and did single leg work. Good day back to smolov tomorrow.

ME Squat Day 21/12/12

Cambered bar Squat

2x6,7 110kg

Sumo Deadlift

7x4 167.5kg
