Notes
really happy with the Pressing today,
dont usually go for singles on OHP but wanted to test the shoulder. never pressed 2big wheels before so happy days on that. almost got the 110kg out big didnt wanna get injured (again) so left it be.

last workout before christmas.... so happy holidays boys and girls!!
