I dont nessarily want to 'shed of weight.' First and foremost I want to get stronger and build muscle (mass). The 'shedding' part is that I want to have a low (or lower) BF%. Right now somewhere in the 16-20% range.
In otherwords, a bear that aint overly pudgy.
