Felt like shit today, still benched and squatted, I hit 112.5 for a couple Triples, program called for a low volume session today and thats what it was for bench. I then squatted, for 5 sets of 7 with 3 plates. All sets moved pretty well. I finished by doing some barbell curls. Solid day, did a tonne of hips and single leg stuff the night before, thighs were sore for once, def hit some muscles that are not conditioned/strong enough, will keep that up.
