Wednesday Squats and Deads
Body felt very tired today, everything was a grind. Just feeling off, cut the volume on deads this week. For the deads, I did sets of 3 rather than 5
310 x 8 sets x 5 reps-60 seconds rest
Just brutal, I was a sweaty mess. Heart felt like it was going to beat out of my chest
320 x 8 sets x 3 reps-around 60 seconds rest, but a little more
Still adjusting to conventional deads again, they are not hard just my back is worn by the time I start them.
2 plates x 2 x 15
4 plates x 2 x 15
Huge pumps in my lower and middle back.
Going to cut back a little on my training. Also think I am going to look into the cube method for strongman. Tomorrow is OHP
