easy I suppose....might have been able to do 315 x 2 or 3
Hated self on the 405 and 385 attempts....got greedy looking for new maxes too soon I suppose.
leg press was fine but slow as I went up in weight.
Curls blow....look weak when you gotta sue other hand to help curl up..
