This is Yuri Van Gelder. He's a gymnast who specializes on the rings. Gymnastic strength training is how I set a PR for bench awhile back. Gymnastics requires a lot of Delt strength. Not to mention Abs.
i agree. i think i just need to get this out of my system. then i really want to get my OH and front squat up (front squat up to help my back and pull).

and if you havent noticed, IMO the front squat is croms gift to the world!
